The communication was lacking from the lender to both Agents and the Buyer. There were no explanations of what was going on with the loan until the last minute causing multiple setbacks and delays for both the buyer and seller.

Communication could have been better. I struggled with Jacob getting back to me efficiently and the underwriting process took forever almost costing me the deal a few times

I’m not sure if it was on your end or that Joel buzzard guy but things didn’t go like I thought they would and was beyond frustrating not a very good experience
