This was a great experience because I’m in the military and she made this a smooth process and kept me informed! Very grateful for the transparency and kindness.

Very communicative and professional

This was a very smooth transaction! My only comment is that my client was surprised to see an additional $200 charge to her for re-appraisal that she was not aware of and was not caused by her.
