Little to no communication Seemed unwilling to help with first time home buyer programs or answering any questions, had a very condescending tone. Under writing was unprepared pushed back 3 times for closing date.

April is very thoughtful and professional.

Tanya was very thorough, patient and kept me informed thru the whole process. She really made it a stressfree experience.
