I'm unsure of where to start honestly. Communication SUCKED. They lost paperwork that I gave them twice and the process was unpleasant and the two main employees I worked with the whole time need to be fired.

Both Erin and Lacey were excellent to deal with. I do think the process had many repetitive steps and regulations to work through That did not seem necessary.

Katie went above and beyond to keep me informed and to guide me through the process. She was professional and yet personal, pleasant and easy to work with throughout the journey.

Communication was effective and timely. Rates were good and so was the service, overall.

Lots of stumbling blocks along the way that in my opinion shouldn't have been there to begin with.
