Don't use Guild Mortgage, they bilk you on the interest rates and they double ran my credit so it dinged my credit score so it was harder to go to someone else that ultimately gave me a way better interest rate.
Awesome. They made it easy. Very good at what they do.
I had a great experience because they were able to close within the time limit I needed. They were also very responsive when I called.
