Heather was very friendly , eager to help , and worked diligently to get us in our new home . Was always available to take my call , and kept us informed of everything regarding our loan . I would definitely recommend Heather .

Heather was exceptional and professional. She was always rapidly responsive and so kind. She made the loan process very streamlined and pleasant.

Heather did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

The actual overall experience was frustrating at best, because folks not involved with funding took what was supposed to be a roughly 65 day escrow and turned it into a 118 day escrow for reasons that were beyond the control of Heather. However...
