I guess my review is really more about NAF than Michele, but she and Clay were friendly/nice. It was just the process itself that seemed disastrous. Constant emails w/new requests, loan disclosures with wrong numbers ($50k too high, etc.),...

Answered all my questions immediately and very friendly. Gave good advice.

Billy was extremely efficient in making our timeline happen. He secured us the best rate and made the whole process easy from start to finish. We highly recommend him!
