Awesome service, communication, and helpfulness

Connie was very helpful and explained all of the paperwork and terminology very well. she sent regular text messages and emails to help me through the process and it was all very helpful.

There seemed to be multiple sets of repetitive forms. I wonder if the process can be streamlined.
