Team needs to improve on communication
I didn’t know what is going on, was hard to get contacted, submitted sane documents a few times.
Wish had a better communication and explanation of the process.
Great rates and easy to deal with
The actual process of getting my loan was mostly a non event because NFM was very helpful. The Extra Spam we were added to was less awesome.
The were quick to respond to emails within a 24 hr period and addresses all needs and questions with great knowledge.
