    Very knowledgeable and helpful closing on my mortgage with my difficult situation. The house was in a flood zone and Sandy damaged and I needed a 203K Loan. But Vanguard was able to assist step by step in order to get me to closing!

    very good. I am talking to him since July 2014 and eventually I asked him for refinance of my condominium, which is under FHA financed. I worked with him for refinance in 2015. He closed my refinance in short period of time.
