    Tim exceeded my expectations and was “Johnny on the spot” when I had questions or concerns. This is the third home I have purchased and wish that the two previous would have gone as smooth as this purchase.

    More communication for the Selling Agent. I had to call to find out what was happening on the loan end. Sarah was very nice, but I felt as the selling agent I was not kept in the loop like I should have been.
