    The responsiveness and clear communication made this process much less stressful. The seller's agent actually requested your info so she could send her clients to you. This was the first on-time closing she had seen in a long time.

    There was not a lot of communication throughout the process. Some lenders send email updates on a weekly basis. But the process was very smooth...just would have preferred more updates...I'm sure communication was handled through the Buyers...

    The constant communication and the help when I felt like I was at a dead end with collecting paperwork needed. Also, the support and reassurance when I became frustrated.
