Everything was very good except the closing coast and fees. I think $11.000 is too high!

Saeed- I am glad that you had a great experience. Some states have higher fees (NC) which made your costs rise. Also the total amount includes your escrow set up which makes the one time fees appear to be higher than they actually are. Enjoy...
