Dave and his team are outstanding. Honest, straight to the point, and very kind. No technical jargon. Just plain English so as to keep us all on the same page. Second mortgage with Dave….. if there’s a third he will get a call.
Proactive outreach and quick replies for a first time home buyer with a lot of questions was fantastic!
The estate trust planning that Rouff recommended was overlooked and the day before closing this was entirely too many steps to be done and now I have to hire a title company to handle this separately now.
