Technology was great, communications were strong and consistent, but we were really disappointed to learn that the lower ra** was not locked in, only to watch it go up over .25%... That's money we lost and to assume that the negogiated money...

Ryan was an excellent communicator . I always knew where we were in the process . our closing situation was really rushed and complicated with the holidays and he really went above and beyond to make sure we close on time .
