Lack of communication on the Realtor side. Non responsive to emails. Didn't know status of things. Didn't hear about potential issues until client made me aware and them. I was the one having to check in and ensure the loan was moving forward....

Zane was very helpful through the process of buying my first home
I have worked with Zane for my Refi and now my new home purchase. The process was smooth, his team were very helpful and there if I had any questions and got us to the closing table on the date that was estimated.
Clearly told us what exactly what we needed.
