Firstbank Mortgage company was very unprofessional. Days before our closing we discovered our appraisal hadn't been ordered. This was all due the loan officer we had been working with since July 2020, mysteriously disappeared.
They are great and they work very fast and the Jason Lee Group jumped though so many hoops for my wife and me.
Jason and his team were responsive, answered all of our many questions and were super polite and professional the whole time! We were happy to do business with them and excited to continue that in the future!
As soon as Ms. Camphell got the file. The transaction came to a close with in 14 days. Time was of the essence.
