I didn’t like all the constant requests for financial documents
Working with the loan originator was pleasant. I only wish she had reached out to me a little sooner. I feel as though there may have been an opportunity to lock in a lower interest rate sooner.

All business was handled efficiently and courteously.
I appreciated the time that Mr. Kam spent explaining things to me. I am very new to most of this, so it was helpful to have someone who was willing to answer my questions.
Everything was taken care if and communications were clear and easy to understand. Everyone was very helpful
