    Thank you for the opportunity. Improvement on telephone communication. Length of time to culminate the deal was too high. Lenders credit was not fulfilled as it was verbally stated. Overall expectations were met with some challenges.

    Nothing too bad, just difficult to get ahold of the right people sometimes (although Gwynne was on vacation through part of it, which was probably the main reason). Closing was a bit of a mess getting the final numbers and cramming to get closed...
