They were very helpful despite seller and city complications. They were professional and courteous through the whole process
I feel that there could have been better communication along the way. I was expected to remember things that I was told weeks before. Knowing what I needed to do more clearly would have lessen my stress level.
Everyone was very courteous, responsive, and answered all my questions.
