Mr. Mautino is very accommodating and very clear with expectations. He explained the details very well and gave me a lot of advice especially in deciding the best options for me.

I was looking to purchase my first home and quickly. After working with Promised Land Realty, I found the home I wanted and I was ready to begin the process of acquiring the home. We first tried another lender and it was a horrible experience...

Craig and Valerie were and responsive throughout the process. There was a lender credit applied to the closing costs and my costs were less than I had expected.
