They were quick and processing the loan. They return all phone calls and answer questions in a timely manner. It was my first time and buying a home and it was a very good experience dealing with nfm Lending.

This experience was far easier than I ever could have thought . The process was exremely smooth. They worked super hard and quick to get me to closing 11 days early. This group was great.

Thanks a lot, Multi - Unit properties can present different issue's . But how great is it to move into a home that has another unit paying rent from day one. Good luck in your new home.

Every employee that I worked with at NFM was very knowledgable about the refinancing process. They took the time to walk me through every step, helped me gather documentation, and sent out weekly emails keeping me up to date.
