Seemless service

I’ve heard several stories about how paperwork gets lost or misplaced so you have to submit them over and over or how it’s hard to get a hold of someone when you need to but that is by far NOT THE CASE!!! I only had to submit paperwork once...

My experience was 5 star. My loan officer Charles Moore worked day and night to make sure that my loan was cleared to close on my settlement date. The NFL team was amazing and I appreciate the professionalism.
