Very poor communication

Communication. We appreciated how NFM created a credit for us - however, changing the interest rate without telling us why, in addition to the miscommunication about who is paying for the appraiser created so much unnecessary stress.

Craig Kam is a stand up guy and called me after the sale to see about how it went and also straightened out some misunderstanding s I had after the sale you couldnt ask for more.
