The whole team took answered any and all questions I had and responded in a timely manner. I think the closing disclosure could have been explained a little better, but overall I am satisfied with the service provided by NFM lending.
Bryan was patient and thorough with our questions, specifically about how escrow works. He found the loan that worked best for our situation with regards to down payment and pmi options.
