It was a great experience very helpful and responsive to all my questions. As a first time homebuyer they made the experience seemless.
My experience overall was great. I did have a slight problem with the rate. I wasn’t aware when I resigned my contract that I had to ask to lock in the current rate.
This was my second loan originator. He was always up front and honest about my situation. His team (Valerie and Scott) were awesome when I could not speak with Craig directly. We closed the loan in less than 30 days.
