I've worked with Daniel twice on my last 2 home purchases. He is very responsive, a clear communicator, and does a great job throughout the whole loan process. We were able to close early in around 15 days or so. Would recommend!
Better communication
The Loan closure is very fast. Both the time I worked with Guild mortgage, the loan was closed within two weeks and no other mortgage can do it that fast.
