Kellen was readily available to answer questions and explained confusing terminology in a way that was easy to understand. He helped me determine the best plan to fund my mortgage.
The team was very responsive and able to help with questions and concerns at any time. Even though I had to travel during the process, the team was diligent about moving me along even though I was only available a few times a day.
