    Tracy kept us informed with each phase of the loan process. She went to bat for us when it looked almost impossible that we would get the refinance approval, even calling the court house to find out about a lien release. Thanks so much Tracy!!...

    Ryan Davis was informative and helpful throughout the process. However, the process took, in my opinion, a little long to complete. ( 3 months). Overall, it was OK.
