Communication was excellent through the entire process. Hard to rate Tracy as she tookover for the loan officer I was working with at the very end of the process.

Being a retired loan officer, I knew what to expect so there were no surprises for me. Joann and I were on the same page which made the entire process " a piece of cake." The banks proximity to home helped also. Good job Joann!
