    Talk to a person, not a chatbot! Get your questions answered when you call, or leave a message and get a call back within the hour. Yes, that still happens in 2024. You can even meet with someone in person if you do not want to submit everything...

    I don’t feel planning for settlement was well executed. My agent and I would’ve preferred better communication during the final days of this transaction.
