Great communication.
Jenny is the best - top decile in terms of competence, communication, and responsiveness. You would be crazy not to pay her more.
Fairly easy process; was surprised how much information is required for loan documentation but I guess since the 2008 crash, they have erred on the side of caution and want much more information.
