Very professional! Everyone my wife and I came into contact with was very nice and friendly and made the homebuying process easy!
Only thing I was surprised about was the request for my bank account username and password. I understand the need for the information but it needed more explanation going in.

It would be nice if clients could be notified if the previous meeting/closing was running late. We could have showed up later instead of waiting in the waiting area of the office. Also, all employees should wear face masks during the meetings/closings....
