    Mr. Gold was a very knowledgeable and caring person. Any concerns I had he promptly addressed. Phone calls were returned in a reasonable time. He was excellent at handling the details.

    To improve process, please provide one list of all information needed. During the time period between offer and closing, I think that i had two days that i did not provide information. I will say that some of the info went to the lawyer.
