Excellent communication. Very clear on what was needed and when. Quick turn around on responses. Our experience was seamless and that help reduce the stress.
Eliminate the personnel from Virginia Beach office. They did not do their job properly. Also was not crazy about waiting the 11th hour on the final figures. Created problems on our travel plans to arrive in SC.
