    The automated system is wonderful. Each processor was helpful and took appropriate action in a timely matter to get my loan Cleared to Close on my closing date. Seems like a good team. Very friendly and professional.

    The communication was a little unsteady. Most of my calls were never answered. Email was the primary and really only form of communication which I did not like. That is the only thing I would recommend on working on. Everything else was great....
