This is the 5th loan in five years with Jennifer. Repeat business is excellent business. Five star to her and her two Amy’s (one operates as her left arm, and the other Amy is her right arm). Excellent team work.
When having someone new work on my loan, have them introduce themselves with a phone call, not just email me demanding a piece of information. Also should talk to Aimi Annas about asking for all basic information at once instead of one here...
