Everything was great. Personal was very helpful
Communication could be a bit lacking every now and then but I can understand it with the switch to working from home and also the large influx of refinances that lenders were getting.

I was very pleased with Steve and his team. I did not like the fact that the appraiser traveled from over an hour away and a local appraiser was not selected.
