For the most part everything went smoothly but had to resend documents repeatedly with repeated explanations. However staff was professional and attentive.
Professional, prompt, responsive, and strived to make the best possible options for me. Went above and beyond what was asked or required. So easy and simple process.
I thought it was great the way your team handle my refinance of my home,it was greatly appreciated,Thank You very much,and I would recommend your team to any and everyone I know of that is looking for a mortgage or to refinance.
A few times I was asked to provide forms I had already provided. I also received something at a prior mailing address a couple weeks after I had already advised Atlantic of my new address. Otherwise things were very helpful from Atlantic.
