My experience was AWESOME. Terence made my experience as a first time homeowner smooth. I was nervous at first but he was honest and told me exactly what needed to be done stayed in contact with me the whole process.
I was kept informed as we progressed through the loan process. I was given an approximate closing date after submitting my information, etc. The date was kept. The service was cordial and respectful.
