From start to finish, they were super rsponsive to emails and questions. They made things easy with their portal, and the customer service from our Senior Loan Processor Germain was absolutely the best.

They got me first and I am extremely happy they did! No complications or duplicate requests for multiple docs. Everything was timely and professionally handled.
This is the first time I have taken any kind of loan with no complications at all. They never asked for multiple identical docs, they did not delay with underwriting, or any of the other additional hoops I've been made to jump through previously....
