Every time i called to ask a guestion it would be it would take two hour or the nest day. So I sarted to call Jmelroy because he would call me back . Right back.

Britt was very professional and responsive with processing of and closing assistance with the home equity loan. He was clear and transparent with expectations.

Inderwriting was a nightmare. Brittlyn had very little communication through that process and we relied on Corrine Perry. maybe this is by design but neither one of them pushed underwriting to get it done until I pished them. Corrine communicated...

Both Britt and Brandi-Lee worked very hard together to give me the best outcome - my only complaint is that Britt on 2 separate occasions told mecthat me that I would get $10,000 cash to use as needed - I planned on paying off 2 bebts bents...

Britt and his co-worker, Brandi-Lee did an outstanding job of get a loan pulled together for me. If anyone is lookingfir advice on who to get a home equity loan from, I would recommend Amerisave, and specifically Britt and Brandi-Lee.
