Closing docs had to be updated to correct errors made in the final preperation which caused closing to be under a very tiht timeline. This was not a reflection of Mark's efforts.

Everything went great and happened in a timely manner. Sean Mattingly helped with every part of the loan and made things work smoothly. They came to my home to sign closing and that was very convenient. The entire process was great.

First payment we were told Febuary 1 2025 but got notice two weeks after closing it was due Jan 1st 2025. Dates were all wrong on closing documents. But I guess it was a clerical error.I got statement after the due date! confirmed Jan 1st....

I was disappointed that it cost $500.00 to do business with Amerisave. I found out after the fact that other companies do not charge this. Loan Depot was only $28.00. My bad and paying it makes me feel not smart. I would not recommend Amerisave...
