Responsive and knowledgable people whonfollownthrough on what we discussed, adjusted to feedback and updated as needed. No handoffs that i experienced on my end even if theybhad to gk between departments or other parties, it was seamless.

The overall cost of the loan was excessive. I have experienced lower cost and faster service. This loan took so long I was using other resources while waiting for this to go through. Barbara Henderson was the real workhorse in this whole process....

I got pushed off on another lady, didn't like her. The information about my home loan you should have on file, your my lender. But I had to go get it anyway. Constant automated emails
