Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Communication from everyone involved was excellent. I had several questions throughout the process, and I do not think I ever waited more than 30 minutes for a callback or response.

Kristen was great in every way. The only issue was with Mike Attiq, although he was communicative on his end he didn't always listen well. and didn't respond to what was being addressed. It took a couple of emails back and forth or on the phone...
