Rate was not what was quoted and since closing was scheduled outside of business hours could not talk to anyone. Need documents at least three days prior to closing and closing should not be in a parking lot.

It took a seemingly long time for loan to process after multiple back and forth needed documents . Needs to be streamline. honestly the only reason chose your company over bank was interest rate otherwise bank would have been faster and streamlined....
