Rip off. They offer the WORST rates and their sales people are dirty scammers. The loan officer tried to charge me $22,000 in unnecessary closing fees through an illegal transaction (for refi) at 5.6% I'm literallyat 5.75 with the VA loan....

Michael had very little communication with my loan. My loan ended up crossing paths of three individuals, which is too many. I still have not received a welcome packet with information on my HELOC that I was supposed to recieve at time of closing...
