What was missing a list of what debts are going to be a pay off. Verbally just won't work, all conversation should be through email. I myself can't remember what someone said the day before. There were 2 people involved, too many.

This was the easiest refinance process and overall mortgage experience we've ever had. Our loan was closed from start to finish in exactly 2 weeks. Amazing customer swrvice and competitive rates. Highly recommend Michael and Amerisave!
