Being a first time home buyer, Jaime Taylor was exceptional. She held my hand and explained everything while being so kind and patient as we moved through the process. I truly am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

I didn't receive as much communication as we got close to the Closing as I would've liked. However, all went well, and the delay wasn't due to a problem with Homeowners. I would still recommend them with no hesitation.
