Everything went very smoothly in purchasing a home. All the employees my husband and I dealt with very pleasent and healpful. Guild was a great mortgage company to deal with.
Team Karl was amazing to work with and offered great customer service. Answered all of my questions, as well. I would use them again in the future for any real estate purchases.
